Hey everyone...just wondering if you guys can share some suggestions on how to prevent or overcome late night hunger and snacking...I am currently a student and my meal schedule is a little bit unorganized but I make sure I eat a higher carb breakfast, low carb meals and snacks throughout (and I mean throughout I am constantly snacking on something healthy usually celery or ricecakes especially when im studying) the weekdays, have carb days on Sundays and maintain my daily calorie intake of 2000...i also go to the gym daily and am in good shape...when I go to wind down from my day (usually around 11pm) all I want to do is snack and eat and I cant seem to fall asleep until I do! Im open minded to any suggestions
