Hey all...
I've begun my slow decent into hell.....LOL
I'm 4 days from my comp and have some last minute questions i was hoping anyone could help me with!
When I cut my sodium Thur/Fri ....what are some other pro choices besides boiled chicken? Or am I stuck with that for 48 hours...
On my carb up....how often and how much?? Would 3 oz sweet potato or 1/2 oatmeal or 1/2 cup rice be a sufficient amount in each meal?? all day???
On a normal day, i would take in around 120-140. So do I carb up above that and if i feel smooth than take it down?
I should avoid veggies those two days as well?
I normally don't mix fat and carbs so how do i get my fats in those days??
The day of the show....what should i bring to eat? If prejudging is at 10...i should eat around 7 am? I know the girls are going first, but for after is it still no sodium? yikes!!!
TANNING---- I was going to apply my first coat thursday night, 2 on friday, and one on sat. am. How do i go about the knees, elbows? I'm doing my face with clinique bronzer so is my neck and under chin protan? Depending on how i look i may use dream tan right before prejudging. Okay...about shaving...if i shave EVERYTHING friday night, is it going to look toooo bad if i have to light shave sat. morning? anyone have to do this? Sassy?
I get razor burn pretty bad in my bikini and underarms..and was told to shave my actual arms as well. I'm scared i'll cut my arms cause i've never had to shave those!!!
hmm.....oh yea!
Someone also said don't take your usual supps friday or sat. not to include glutamine. LIke my vitamins and claritin....huh???
Have any of you other girls froze up or forgotten a move in your routine?????
I HAVE A HUGE FEAR OF THIS..no matter how many times i hit my routine perfect i still fear that i will mess it up!!!
I know most of these questions are silly and will just come with going with the flow and figuring it out...but just wanted some opionions/advice.
