Well, as you can tell im very Happy. My back is sore as shit, but thats ok ill just ice it and suck it up. Well here is how it went:

585-1x1(started to wrap my knees)
675-1x1(setup monolift, and first set with straps up, for the rest
of my workouts)

It felt great, a lil shaky on my set up but i just took it for the ride and nailed it. My depth person said that it was there and a lil lower then parallel. Next week is just light openers faced away from mirror and maybe some reps.
