Lasix...Sat contest, when do you guys start to cut water?

BTW, what kind of dosages allow you to harden up without cramping? It dosen't take much for me and I cramp like a bitch. Usually anything I take in to counteract it will just make me hold more, so I just put up with it as best I can.

I'd use some diamox or even Albumin. Albumin will pull the H20 from under the skin and into the vessels/circulation. It wont deplete your potassium or put you at risk for cramping/dehydration.
Only catch is you'll need to IV push the Diamox and IV drip the Albumin over at least 15 minutes (preferably 30 minutes). If you want some more info email me

i am always very lean 2 weeks out ........and 2 days b4 show i take 3 20mg damadex on thurs at 9am 2pm 7pm.....on fri i take one at 8am 2pm 8pm......aways works for me always the driest guy in the place while im taking them i carb up like crazy and i do not cut my water at all...still about 3/4 gallon each day.......ya pretty much peee for 2 days enjjoy peace kc oh yea contest dietin sucks ass but i love the stage

i drink about 7-10 litres a day for about a week before, then cut the water friday afternoon. ill take one lasix friday afternoon, and another on saturday mornin about a 2 hours before the show. works great for me. sorry i cant help about the cramping problem, i dont cramp.

I am a little low on the knowledge of damadex. Is it similiar to Lasix or Aldactone??? BTW, do you have trouble with cramping?

I think Damadex is a plasma expander and not a diuretic like Lasix, but i'm not sure 100%.

Plasma Expanders pull water from underneath the skin and expand the blood volume which can increase your blood pressure.

I usually cut water on firday afternoon and use either Teraxatone or Lasix or Both.

Lasix is a potassium sparing diuretic. The usual dose to start is 20-40 mg..........just be careful, this shit can bottom out blood pressure if given often enough.
