If you put your hand on your heart where your fingers would be touching, that outer part of the chest...been tryig to bring that up to par for a while...any suggestions?

A trainer friend of mine (who played D-line @ Nebraska) said either you have it or you don't...and if you don't there's nothing you can do about it...
