Ladies..need some advice please

Hi, it's been like 8 years since I last was on EF. I took time off to start a family. It is nice to be back. Here's alittle history.....I'm a personal trainer, 10 years, fitness competitor, pre kids. Diet....egg whites with 1/4 c oatmeal, protein shakes,2 a day,and for meals lunch and dinner will be 4 oz grilled chicken,talopia(?) or salmon with mix veggies or make salads with it.I'll add brown rice to one of the meals. Workouts: cardio 5/6 days a week 30-40 mins and weights 3-4 days a week, example: legs & abs, back & bi's, chest shlders & tri's. That's just an example. Sleep 7 hours, except when my little one comes in @ 3am to tell me he has to pee-pee. I am a stay at mom which is a full time job. I take care of everything and everyone. So, I have the time to dedicate to myself like I use to before the kids. I train hard and eat well, I had great trainers and coaches that ingrained all this shit into me years ago : ) So, I love fitness and now it's time for me. I am 5'5 and weight 142( 138 in May for Punta Cana) competition wt was 130. As you can see, I'm at my last 12-15 lbs...Here's my question????? I, like every competitor, have taken my share of steriods(Test, Clen, Prima & Winn)...this time around, cause it's been a long time which is why I won't need much..I'd like to get back on the wagon and take a low dose of Anavar.I'd love to have your input and guidence. Thank you...
 
Well you have 2 options... start off at 2.5mg/day or 5mg day.... work you way up to (what I suggest) is 7.5-10mg day, run a short 6 week to a long 12 week cycle and you should be good to go! Since you're a mom and a trainer you know all you probably need to know about getting in your vitamins, water and watching for side effects.

Melaina....thanks girl for your input. Do you think I should go for something else? My thought...Anavar is pretty low/not as strong as far as steroids go, like for example TEST.
 
If you've been out of the game for a while I would personally lay off anything heavy. I am not a big fan of females taking aggressive AAS unless they're competing. Winny is simply not necessary and Clen can be a bit much taking care of children. Have you taken Var before?
 
...we're on the same sheet of music. I agree. And no, I have not take'n Anavar before. I just want something pretty low key, nothing aggressive.
 
personally i think 5 mg is a waste. var is so mild there really isnt a reason to start that low especially with what you ran it in the past.
 
tps.... The body has memory and will react very well starting low and slow, since it's been a while. With a squeaky clean diet and going balls-to-the-wall with the workouts, I think it'll do the trick. I'm kinda excited to get back to it all again. If you girls think of anything else that would help or that I can do please let me know.

That is correct.

On paper. But in reality it is only good if you get legit anavar. Too many UG labs out there are pushing anavar that really isn't anavar at all. It is winstrol, low dose methyltest or some prohormone. While I will say that some labs do this on purpose with full knowledge, sometimes the others that it happens to are not aware of it because they are sold raw materials that are not oxandrolone at all in the first place by dubious chinese suppliers.

So if you have legit anavar, then that along with the standard creatine/glutamine/NO/BCAA uploads daily will certainly give you a big boost back up seeing that your receptor sites are pretty much restored to virginal status after 8 years. (I think I read that part correct).

Please keep us posted on here how things go along the way. And with your knowledge that comes from personal training and past competitions, you have quite a bit to share with the rest of us.

LOL.....virginal status! I love it!!I'm still laughing.....That was such a cute way of putting it! Thanks AAP, I'm so tired from working out I needed a good laugh!

P.S. That is the good thing about being "off" for a while is that is won't take much and it won't be hard on the body/system. And the body with react so well to it.
