Hello ladies, I am posting on behalf of my wife obviously. ( bet that never happens)
She is 5'8, 155 lb, 39 yrs old. she is about 8 lb away from her fat loss goals and once there is considering AAS. She has been asking me about it for years and I always tell her no. But being that she has her shit together finally and is showing me shes really into it,(diet, lifting, cardio ect) I told her I would ask some information.
My own aas use is an easy one, duh, i'm a guy. I keep it simple and sane. Ofcourse I would like to do the same for her. But I honestly have no idea when it comes to ladies aas use. Being that its my wife, I have no desire to play a guessing game with her health. I dont know what compounds , doses, cycle lengths, ect, that ladies actually use and I'm not into pretending i do.
Training and diet wise, I have her covered. But should she decide to pull the trigger on AAS I would like to have the right info.
So.....what do women use? Goals?...to stay very lean and add as much lean muscle as possible. I suppose thats pretty generic, but thats the goal.
I have been told women can use things like, very low dose deca, low dose primo, Var, ect... I would like to know what things do what for women and what sides you ladies may get that differ from men, good or bad. Which choices are better than others and what to stay away from.
Again she is considering it seriously, and being that she has herself on the right track I am finally willing to support her (most likely) just as she supports me and my AAS use.
