i just read in an optimum sports nutrition book where....
they did a study on two groups of people
one placebo
the other supplemented with acetly l carnitine and chromium picolinate
the group that got supplemented lost 15 % more fat!!!
i see carnitine in alot of fat burners also chromium.....they suggest 2000 mg of carnitine a day
but that shit is not cheap, just thought id share
