Kyno, Primo & clen cycle advise wanted!!!

Hi, i've been training for many years, but I have never used any gear before and I would love to know if there are any women out there that have tried this combo.
The boys at the gym tell me I should get great results, but they don't know anyone who has guinea pigged this stack.

Im 36, 5'11, 71kg and around 15% bf. I want to gain another 5kg or so of lean muscle and cut right up.
Im taking the usual multi's, omega's, creatine and of course protein. I eat clean and train hard, (5 days a week) but I want more from my training.

I've been taking 5mls of Kynoselen a week for 4weeks and would love to be able to stack it with 50mg of Primo (depot)+ 40mcg of Clen per day.
My first choice was Anavar, but its to expensive and hard to get.

I only want to use this stack for 10-12 weeks to give my training & results a boost.

If anyone can help me with my question, it would be most appreciated.

What she said... plus ... What is your goal from the cycle?

I am really not a fan of primo I had a bad experience myself my hair started sheeding. It has a long acting ester which means if you experience sides it will take 2 weeks to clear. In addition to that it is the most fauxed drug typically people are given test instead and I really wouldn't recommend that for a woman especialy a beginer.

Another thing is on a fisrt cycle I never suggest stacking with anything. You do that and you don't know what is giving you reslutls and what is causing issues.

I've been training on and off for over 20 years, if im not training its due to injury or work commitments.

I change my routine slightly every month to prevent stagnation, but I do prefer to train to failure. I train each body part once a week (Mon,Wed,Fri) and cardio twice a week(Tues,Thurs). Form is important for me, so I dont overload with weight, that being said, I push myself very hard. I train with male bodybuilders so its go hard or go home.

Im currently on a high protein diet, only clean foods. I have one cheat meal a week, when I say cheat its nothing drastic, maybe a baked potato or pasta.

I feel im ready to step up a level. I've seen great results from my training buddy's and would love to give a cycle a try.
 
How have you found the kyno? I'm interested in your results with that. Are you thinking 50 of primo a day or a couple of times per week?

To put on 5 kg of muscle, I'd really focus the cycle on building that. I'd leave the clen out until the last couple of weeks or even post cycle, although at 40 mcgs, you'll probably not feel it after the first few days but the sides can be nasty for what it will do for you. You need to eat to build the muscle, which means adding in some more carbs too, imo. You'll still "cut up" to some extent because as you build more muscle your body percentages change but if you run a cycle and are eating at a deficit, you won't get the same results. Not that you have to eat way overboard but I'd really tailor the diet to muscle building. Your bodyfat is fairly low so you're in a great position to build.
 
I hated Clen. It made me feel all jacked up - jittery, nauseated, faint, out of it. Which I would have put up w if I got worthwhile results.

I got better results w ECA and other OTC burners.

IMO, Clen is a waste of money.

I loved it precontest but that's about the only time I can stand the jitters etc that you mention. Also clen is mildly anabolic a man wouldn't feel the effects but I swear in woman it's noticable.
 
I agree w above ....

Stick w one compound for a first cycle. More does not always increase results, but it CAN increase your chances for sides.

Focusing on one compound and one goal in the gym, with your background and current level, will prob give you awesome results.

I'd focus on building the muscle first (bulking cycle) while remaining t you current leanness. Then add then Clen if you want and cut to a lower BF.
