This is my program of choice. It has yielded the incremental but consistent results that it offers in the literature describing its arrangement.
I actually prefer this over Westside for a number of reasons, including short training session durations and a very flexible and forgiving schedule.
I do not do bench presses, but an unusual variation of an overhead press. Also, I do two types of squats within the framework for squat workouts and I omit deadlifts in favor of snatch pulls.
I do a simple arm flexor workout on Mondays and I do simple calisthenics during the phase two for physique and restorative purposes (blood flow).
I am not really asking a question or desiring feedback on my use of the routine, but I would like to see how it may have worked for any of you.
It has been very dependable for me in the past and I see it allowing me to achieve great PRs in the future.
