Knocked up?

Those dreaded words, this is a topic for suggestions to avoid it, excluding the obvious:condoms, birth control, etc.


this may seem like a newbie question, BUT i can never get a straight answer.

Is there a time of the month when the girl is most able to get knocked up? I know you should avoid that time of the month for obvious reasons, and also when the girl is ovulating, excuse my ignorance, but im a guy im not supposed to know about this!

Oh boy this is always hard to explain in writing....the average women has her period every 28 days or so...she ovulates 14 days before the start of her nest period. Soif her periods are every 28 days it would be days 14 (14 days from the first day of her period) 15 days is she has a 29 day cycle. Now the problem with this and why is does not work for birth contol is that sperm can last inside a woman for up to 5 days (though this amount is rare) and periods are often not regular. So it is kinda hard to use this for birth contol since you have to leave a good week or so out.....
