Knee fat

Lol I had to chuckle when I read this but then checked out my knee and dam your right love lol ,
Not sure how to train it tho sorry

I know what you mean, and mine has gone since I started running. I am training for a half marathon and it is no longer there. i don't think I had much to begin with, but running a lot definitely helps. I run about 25 miles a week right now.
 
Assuming you're already lean and it's just atypical fat placement, you could try building the "tear drops". Use narrow stance squats and hack squats. If the vastus medialis and lateralis grew enough they'd stretch the skin in that area and no more roll. From the knee cap my quads bulge outward so much the skin is very tight there. You don't need to go that far, but you get the picture.
 
Spin bike! I have the same problem! When I gain weight I see my knee fat reappearing. I spin a few days a week for cardio and it drastically helps my knee fluff!
