it depends on what you are craving. Some days, I'll take some ALA and have a baked potato.
Some days, I'll eat 2 sugar free resse cup miniatures...
Most days I crave nothing, and eat the hell out of walnuts and almonds.
I feel guilty no matter what I eat that has carbs, so I try to do some cardio afterword, or if not, at least try to stay awake for a couple of hours.
