Man do I love this workout.
Supersetted Incline dmbl press w/ pullups. ( and let me tell ya, 285 lb. pullups are tough). Went heavy as possible for around 8 reps, without pausing at any point. Did 3 sets of both, then benched as heavy as I could with that pre exhaust, and kicked out mid grip cable rows to compliment the angle. Finished both of these two with a 15 rep. pump set, then did bent laterals to finish the job. It was short and brutal, and I am sore as hell everywhere. ( Lats, traps, pecs, abs, serratus, rear and front delts, even a little forearm tweak).
