Hey guys, i have 2 questions because I know that there are multiple uses for shakes, however i do not know what i need and when. I want to make a shake which i would take in each morning with breakfast. I use unflavored whey. I see many recipies call for a bananna, and oats, many with peanut butter as well.
Question 1: What key ingredients should i include in a morning shake? I will be including 6 egg whites besides the shake.
Question 2: should any ingredients be avoided after a certain time durring the day?
Objective: Cut dafuckup, find a tolerable recipe for a morning shake on a regular basis, as well as post workout shake.
Stats: lifting 4+ years, 190lbs, lean.
