A recent article one of our chiropractors finished was all about his experience with kettlebells and how amazing he believes they truly are.
Kettlebells And Chiropractic – A Winning Combination!

Summary:
After 14 years as a successful chiropractor, this chiropractor has finally discovered what he believes to be the very best tool for improving back-strength and overall health of his patients. That tool is the kettlebell.

The Doctor Becomes a Patient

"Im still amazed at the improvement in back stability that comes with kettlebell training. I feel like a kid again! I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life after only 8 months! I now work a full day in my practice and then train people with kettlebells one-on-one and in groups 4-5 nights a week."

Do you guys agree that the kettlebell is the best tool for improving back strength?

Nice article summary! Makes me think I should add a little more kettlebell into my routine. My lower back hurts sometimes from sitting at the desk a lot, and it usually makes me cautious on deadlifts.

Thanks glad it was helpful, I definitely recommend incorporating KB into your training to strengthen your core and relieve some back pain. Especially if you sit behind a desk all day. You will also notice the improvement in your deadlift because of the core strength, and glute activation.

Dont be afraid to deadlift even with back injuries, just make sure to have a plan, listen to your body, lift with technique and if possible work with a coach

LOL @ your kettlebell preaching. I saw what you posted in the bodybuilding section. Kettlebells are great for some things but they can by no means replace barbells, dumbells and other gym gear.
