Hey guys n gals. Im having trouble getting myself into ketosis, or atleast the dam strips arnt showing anything. Heres what i have been eating for the last week.
Meal1- 4eggs, can of tuna anf mayo
Meal2- all natural peanut butter 1tblspoon, 1 scoop low carb protien shake. and a chicken breast.
Meal3- 2 cans of tuna with tplspoon of mayo and handfull of boiled broccaly.
Meal4- 50g peanuts and one scoop of protien
Meal5- All natural peanut butter 1tplspoon, small amount of cheese and tin of tuna.
Should this have put me in ketosis by now? i have been doing glucose depletion workouts such as 5X5 squats and compound exersices. Another thing why does some sweetners kick people out of ketosis? is there any factual evidence to why this happens ? This is really frustrating me! Cheers all.
