Well thanks Labtec. Friday was pretty uneventful. Even my workout was uneventful. But the good thing was i stopped cramping real bad.
Didnt get alot in except for deadlifts. I was completly shot after that. So hopefully this coming week the adjust from the low carbs wont take such a big toll on my workout cause it sucks not heing able to get through my full workout.
Another good thimg is my strength on big compound movements hasnt declined to much from from the weight loss.
Diet is still pretty tight.
