Cut chicken breast into strips or nuggets
Put one egg white in a bowl
Place strips in the egg white and coat them
Weigh one oz of pork rinds and smash them as small as you can in a ziplock
Shake off extra egg white and then roll chicken in smashed pork rinds
They should be breaded now. Spray some PAM in a sautee pan and put it on a very low flame, rotate when golden brown and when internal temp is 170f. Add your hot sauce and toss it a few times then plate. I use Franks Buffalo wing sauce. It's zero carb.
