Keeping vials open

It's fine as long as you used fresh draw needles of a reasonable gauge to do your drawing. The stopper should exert enough pressure to seal it back shut. If you reused draw needles though, it can damage the stopper allowing outside elements in.

Not a good idea where safe use of drugs is concerned.

You can draw from a used vial at a later cycle. It has a stopper for a reason
