Keeping muscle gains post cycle

Just finished my first cycle and I was wondering how do I best keep my gains.

two weeks after last shot I start taking Clomid, my therapy is as follows:

Therapy lasts for 3 weeks.

1st Day 300mg
2-7 Day 100mg
8-21 Day 50mg

I'll be keeping calories high.

When do I rest from training or do I keep going to the gym.

Note on my Third week of clomid I'm on Holiday for a week. (Is this good or bad?)

Your thoughts please.
 
Well as for stopping your training I would say no. Maybe go light for high reps to change it up if your joints hurt......

If you want to keep your gains make sure that you are eating quality foods and enough of them.....
