Keeping best gains on PCT?

hey guys, currently running Prop + Tren ace 100mg eod, about to end the cycle in 2 weeks.
My diet is great (450g Carbs, 250g Protein, 80g Fats) I'm 90 kg 175cm 12-14%BF

My question is, what should I decrease after I inject for the last time to keep the best gains? I know that if I will continue eating that much I will gain much fat.

Back off to a maintenance of where you currently are now instead of a surplus, that way you don't have to back off in pct, risking your gains. If you are at maintenance intake already, and you feel you will gain fat and lose muscle in pct, than your body hasn't had time to get accustomed to your new weight. Again, to keep gains, drop to maintenance intake now, not in pct.

What a lot of people do after a cycle is let up on training and diet then complain of a loss of gains.
I think someone should train and eat similar as they were while on cycle. You can make slight adjustments
but nothing too dramatic.
 
I already stated the eating part, but training should be way less intense in pct than on cycle. You should still lift regularly, but don't push as hard as on cycle since you'll break down muscle faster than you can repair if you do push as hard.
