I agree with Senator Wagle... but since I do not believe in dictatorships, and these are public funds we're talking about, then you're right, there is no place for censorship... unless the videos being viewed are otherwise illegal.

My recommendation would be to wait until he shows something that is/could be illegal and then politely ask for his resignation. Stupid fucking professors.

Being that the students are adults, there is no reason to censor the material for their protection. But since obscenity laws are based on local opinion, and since the University is utilizing taxpayer money, then the community has every right to pull funding, if this is their wish. They are not censoring the view of the material or the teaching of the course, only telling them that you will not use our money to teach your course...find your funds elsewhere.
