EF has changed the the way i lift so mcuh and i would not be nearly as strong as i am now
(my profile says i joined in january but i me and my brother used to share an account hes been a member for whiel) but anyway beofre i was on of those 135lbs shrimp who could barely bench my own body weight and i was not seeing any results on my program
I switched it up and yesterday I finally broke through the 200 lbs mark and i can put 135 something like 14 times and before i used to HATE squats but they are now one of my favorite excercises and i can even join in the laughter of the douches who 1/8 squats at the gym haha and i wouldnt even do deads but now that that has all changed im happy where im heading and i would not have made this much progress without trhis forum thanks!
