Do any of you guys stack the adipokinetix from syntrax along with your eca, or do you just go with one or the other?

So your asking if we stack caffeine and ephedrine, on top of more caffeine and ephedrine?

Adipokinetix works best when used in conjunction with 25mg of ephedrine. Beause, Norephedrine HCL (main ingredient of Adipo.) is not thermogenic, it is more of an appetite suppressant, then anything else. Also, Adipo. works best with low blood sugar levels.

Okay,
so you add the ephedra because adipo has the norehpedra hcl instead of regular ephedra, but i believe that adipo has the caffine if i remember correctly. I guess what i was really wondering was if it is okay to take it along with xenadrine...which I already have...then i won't have to buy just the ephedra. I'm not sure how much of the hcl is in adipo because i'm still waiting for my bottle, but I know that you shouldn't go over 100mg of the ephedra alkaloids per day. let me know what you think
