Just starting - need help with pretty much everything

Just starting - need help with everything (I'm a girl - I promise I searched first)

Please help me out guys, I am completely ignorant and there is soooooo much out there.

I've lost MUCH weight - about 70 pounds - from dieting over the past 2 years or so. Recently I started lifting weights and I love it. I'm still flabby though - I'm 5'8" and when I started weights, I was 162 and 30% bf. I'm 27. I'd been doing some light work for 6 months or so - usual girl stuff - with little results. Then, about two months ago, I read Body-for-Life and started that weights/cardio program (basically HIIT).

Well, I think I've found my "calling." I've hated "exercise" but I'm really good at and enjoy heavy weights. I'm getting a little disappointed though because my weight has stayed the same, and my bf is only down to 27%. I can feel them in there, but my fat is really in the way of my seeing my muscles and it's KILLING my motivation. I also have generally flabby skin on my stomach and thighs (from being so fat before). I'd like to pack some muscle in there to smooth it out. So, I'm not really sure if that would all qualify as wanting to bulk, or as wanting to cut.

My brother has suggested a short course of Windstrol. But he said he wasn't sure if it was safe for women OR if it would actually help with the loss of fat. I've been looking up all I can, and I see alot about anavar. Is it better for women? All things being equal, the windstrol is already accessible to me and I 'd have to find the anavar. Can I/should I do both? I also saw some info about primobolan and clenbuterol being good for weight loss. How many can/should be combined? When you combine, do you lower the dose of each?

Also, are there warnings before super bad things happen to women? As in: Would my voice drop a tiny bit before it falls through the floor? So that I could stop before I have any horrible permanant changes?

Can anyone make up a sample plan for me? With stacking/without - whatever you would do if you were me. Thank you so much, I'm sure I'll catch on, but starting with all this info is rough. Thanks.

For starters, you're on the right track hitting the gym. I would seriously recommend getting some more experience in the gym under your belt and maxxing out your natural potential before juicing. The absolute key to any good plan is diet and exercise. The juice is only a catalyst for getting you to where you want to be after you have reached your max natural potential. There are a great many who have started the juice before this with great results, but it's not always good for everyone. Once you've reached the point where you REALLY know how your body reacts to diet and exercise, then you can consider juice. As for being a woman, your choices are, quite naturally, limited as to what you can take. You most definitely want to stay away from the heavy androgens. Winnie isn't a bad choice for women since it's anabolic properties outweigh the androgenic ones. Equipoise is also a fairly good choice, but at the expense of being only slightly more androgenic. Deca also is highly anabolic with few androgen side effects. Although any steroid will have at least some androgenic effects, they can be minimized by being smart about what you put in your body. Winnie will give you that hard, lean look while also building quality mass which you will keep a good bit of as compared to some of the other drugs out there. Equipoise also gives quality lean mass gains which are largely retained. If you decide to go ahead with a cycle, i'd start light on the Winnie and go from there. Your best friend is the Internet and you should read, read, read and research exactly what it is you are putting in your body. Don't take the word of any one person. Research it for yourself and make the decision that is best for you. You should also consider the fact that Winstrol is an Alpha 17 alkylated molecule so hepatoxicity is quite pronounced with this type of steroid. To minimize the liver problems, go with an injectable. Though this will not eliminate the toxicity, it will decrease the effects in that more of the drug will bypass the liver. As with any alpha/alkyl-17 steroid, try to keep your cycle short (4-6 weeks) and go from there. I'm sure some of the other bros here can give you more quality input so listen to them and then do more research for yourself before starting. Remember, what you are doing to yourself is irreversible considering the fact that you are a woman and there are more risks than if you were a man. Best of luck and train hard.

I'm a gal, not a bro, lol ;)

I have other reasons for wanting to as well. I've been particularly sensitive and whiny about man troubles and the like lately and I really need to be able to forget it and focus - I'm in law school and the semester will be winding downto exams pretty soon. Knocking down my estrogen and up my testosterone seems like it would help that.

I also have ridiculously large breasts - a DDD cup. I was hoping that, as a side effect, they would shrink some.

Plus, I'm starting to lose motivation to push hard as I plateau so far from my goals.

i would suggest talking to some of the women on the womens board.they will be able to help more with what kind of juice will work for you.my giirlfriend is about to start some anavar.diet is gonna be the key to what you want to achive.DAISYGIRL is who you want to talk to she helped me and my girlfriend
huge with the ins and outs risk and all the info i and my girlfriend needed to know. ;) goodluck

We have some very experienced females here on the womens forum who can offer better guiduance.

I can't advise you on the AAS -- I don't know anything about it.....

You may want to post up your daily eating plan -- what you eat, when, times, when you work out, etc along with your exercise plan & we can take a look at it....

One thing: don't overdo cardio..... and if you are doing your reps to say, 12 & are not struggling on the last rep, then you need to up your weights.... Also, your body gets very used to what you're doing so you need to change it up every 4-6 weeks or so...

What she said. Post up EXACTLY what you eat everyday, the more specific the better. Food choice, preparation, condiments, size, amount, measurement, etc. Also include timing (when you eat, when you get up, when you go to bed, when you workout)

Also, include what exactly you for training - cardio and weights. Again, including mroe information is better. :)

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM AAS. You do NOT need steroids or Clen now. You need to get on a good, clean eating program and train smart. This is give you results. Maybe one day, down the road, you can consider AAS and Clen, but now is NOT that time.

Read the stickies at the top of this board - they will give you lots of good information.
