He mentioned how bizarre and crazy the guy acted and the fact that he would leave the dorm at night and follow and stalk girls.. He mentioned that the guy constantly talked about killing people and that he had gone to several Professors however due to the fact of racial profiling, no one gave it any thought.. He also said that he would not tell on him to police, from fear of being sued for a civil rights violation and losing his life.. We all live in the land of the offended.. Its sad, that you cannot report a weird person for fear of being sued by a lawsuit happy attorney...
