What the he'll can I eat?Ive just started pct and freaking cause I don't wanna lose gains! I'm go to eat oats can't cause no milk!any ideas on food?or stuff that'll stuff me up?otherwise since I've had no milk or dairy I'm feeling alot better : )

They make lactose free milk, such as lactaid. They also make lactose free cottage cheese, but I find it a bit too liquidy for my taste.... I prefer more dry and chunky. Also Greek yogurt can be OK as well, but best to ease into it. Some say the probiotics in the Greek yogurt allow it to be digested by those with lactose issues. I have lactose issues an am generally OK with Greek yogurt, as long as I don't eat way too much on an empty stomach. Dumping a package of oatmeal in the yogurt helps too.

Best of luck with the lactose issues brother.

Cheers guys this just got dumped on me in the last week : ( I really have no clue ATM so all the help the better.

Dude it's ok I've been lactose intolerant over tn years now.

Smart balance makes lactose free milk which tastes better than lactaid and cheaper too

If you walk slowly through the grocery store you will see lots of lactose free things.

You should still be ok itch whey protein unless your severely intolerant. You have to use a higher quality however mostly isolate if you can.

When cooking you can substitute anything for its lactose free equivalent. I'm not a huge fan of Greek yogurt but can eat it in small amounts. When your bulking lactaid makes ice cream to put in your bulking shakes.

And if you need to eat dairy the cvs brand lactaid pills are better price and more effective than lactaid ones.

Not sayin that Steve it's just I have to now change my whole way of thought : )

you are better off.. trust me. right now you are hooked on the fat and the sugar in milk, once you stop drinking it in a few months or a year you will barf at the thought of touching milk.. i drank milk like almost every working class person in the US up until i was in my mid 20's. once i stopped drinking it my health improved substantially

i would also suggest goat milk which is easier to digest. in all honesty you don't have to avoid all dairy, just lessen it. i wouldn't drink a glass of milk ever, but its not like you cannot put milk in a recipe or something.. a little of it won't kill you just cause you cannot digest lactose. you can always use hemp milk and almond milk..

worst case like the above poster said just buy lactose digestion pills.

read my bulker in my signature below.. there are tons of things you can eat that aren't dairy

Just one more point, Isopure protein powder is lactose free if you also have protein issues. Very high quality whey isolate, but also expensive. Only wanted to throw that out there by means of information.

Additionally, I'm not promoting milk or dairy by any means, and there are CERTAINLY many other whole foods (fish, chicken, etc) which can sufficiently provide necessary protein... my prior comment was just a means to provide substitutes if you continue to desire milk and dairy products.
