bignate73 New member Jul 28, 2003 #6 former PL'er too. i guess her max comp squat was somewhere near 450. wow! and a comp bench 315 too. whoa! she looked good. so did heather. the overall mens winner (LHW) was one of the guys from my gym. very good guy, and a good winner as well.
