I just finished my first meet last night. It was an AAU sponsered meet at my college , just squat and bench. They wouldn't let me use my suit or shirt so i used only my belt and wraps but thats cool. weighed in at 210 , squatted 405 ( thats the most i've ever even taken out of the rack, huge Pr for me ) went up like nothin' , probably should have gone 430-440. I just missed 300 bench. God i hate benching!! But at least i know where my weakpoints are. It lasted almost 5 hours and i was exhausted by hte time i got home. I was originally going to do a push / pull in a month but think i will train through the new year and find one in feb or march. Any suggestions. Had a great time can't wait till the next one.
