I'm trying to lose a little bit of fat(30 lbs) and wanted to know what is the fastest way to do this without loss of muscle? Somebody told me to try Thermorexin. Any help would be great.
A good healthy diet, excrise, lots of cardio and presto the wait comes off. Trex is good but try this first and see what comes off then try a supplement for those last couple of pounds. Oh I almost forgot hardwork lots of you can do it!
I have taken sups before and i find they help me get moving and then i don't stop. So i can do a little more. Gotta love that extra boost. Any other sups that are good???
The only supp that has ever given me an extra boost energy wise is honestly creatine. Thermos make me breathe too fast and make me feel more like passing out.
Thermos though should be used more when you stop seeing progress in terms of fat loss and other methods don't seem to be working. Also, most meal replacement drinks are crap.

try this............seperate all fats and carbs meals.........aka, do not eat fats and carbs in the same meal. All meals should be pro/carb or pro/fats.......
Use your pro carb meals around your workouts and first thing in the morning. Report back to me in a month.

Actually, adding EFA's or other healthy oils to complex low-gi carb meals can be very beneficial - from slowing digestion to improved insulin sensitivity. The food separation theory hasn't been as widely excepted lately; especially after the south beach diet came out.
