i read this in the latest issue of Monster Muscle..
put a chain or a dip belt (has a chain on it) around the ends of a bar (past the plates) and hook a dumbell on each chain (2 DBs total). these aren't done with near-max poundages, so they're a DE movement
they're supposed to hit the stabililzers hard, as the dumbells are swinging (make sure the chain lengths are even! it's wise to put an extra clip past the chain so it doesnt slide off the eind of the bar
