The following is an excerpt from http://www.jumpstretch.com/PressureChart.htm

Pressure Chart

The Pressure Chart shows the average resistance the lifter will receive when doing the assisted squat (using a pair of each size of bands) based on his or her height. (The taller the lifter, the greater the resistance.):

PressureChart.gif

For example, the vertical line drawn at the 6' mark shows the amount of pressure a 6' tall lifter would get by using a pair of light and a pair of average bands (approximately 248 pounds of pressure at the top of the lift - 98 pounds from the light bands and 150 pounds from the average bands.)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The above excerpt is based on the setup of the bands like so.

Thanks for the good info, Deceiver. I've been curious about these specific tensions for a long time. Great post!
