Will still be tough to do, will have to go at it from a States Rights angle somehow. I don't know enough about the decision to make an educated answer on it.

I have a feeling Kennedy may retire now as well, which will tip the balance further. Ginsberg isn't healthy but she'll try to hold on until Jan 2009. Doesn't matter because if Clinton gets the nomination Republicans hold the White house. Might be harder to confirm as I see the Senate reverting to Democrat control by then.

I think most experts believe that Alito wouldnt vote to overturn it from what I saw them discuss, just having some fun. We'll see if anyone bites without reading that Im having fun

The US desparately needs more young people in this country, just have the state put them in orphanages if the parents suck. We need workers and tax payers to support the retired Americans in the near future. And before anyone talks about overcrowding, there are HUGE areas that can be developed, whole states that are essentially empty
