I do love sprints and sled pulling, as well as short hill sprints for explosion...but I hate jogging. At 270 lbs the constant pounding from jogging destroys your joints and puts the anabolic drive into catabolic gear. I enjoy doing Jiu Jitsu for endurance training. I think jogging and running is for the littler guys. When you get jacked enough there's no reason to run anyways.....who would you be running from? Tiny men do best at jogging, not moving heavy objects.
