JerseyMoves committed Mail Fraud & Theft; He is a scammer.

JerseyMoves sent many people here PM's and even falsely used Mods here as refs. If you did not complete a thorough source check you prolly got taken. Recently he sent a PM to my bro here on Elite. It was to sell his PS2 and a few games, but mostly an autographed Troy Aikman photo. He wanted $325 for everything.

After sending him a USPS Money Order, he claimed his pal Craig Nugent in Jersey would be mailing the items, then of course, the items never were sent.
Problem? some poor smuhck had to use their ID to cash the MO. So now the US Postal Inspector is tracing the cashed MO and is mailing a copy of the MO to my pal from EF.

Dude stole the funds from a USPS MO, and thinks he will walk!!!! rofl!!!

This should be on "America's Dumbest Criminals".

FYI, there was nothing illegal involved, the dude advertised some picture and a PS2, the MO was sent, the game or the picture never arrived.

Even though, to my knowldge, it does not involve aas, I wanted the community to know JerseyMoves was a lying, stealing, scumbag, and he was banned.

I don't quite get it, if nothing illegal was invovled, how is he gonna have a hard time walking? i'd be surpised if the authorites will do anything at all...

the illeagal part btw is cashing a mo which was for goods and not delivering the goods.

I used JerseyMoves for stuff about 1 month back, and everything was sent according to plan. He even gave me extra goodies because he was 1 week late with mailing off the stuff.

So he's good in my books.
 
jersey moves may live in florida and I have suspected him as a bad bro for a while now.
 
He lives in either New Jersey (where I sent my money to), or in Flordia (where my package came from).

I think you should PM him and find out what's the deal with your stuff. I did $400 worth of business with him in one shot, and had no problems other than slow communication at points.

Thats odd, he scammed me for $325 and he was excellent about communication.

He always responded to my emails usually within the same day and he gave me a Milltown, NJ P.O. box.

I'm not going to post any more about the incident since I will be going to the authorities.

I trust Sh4dow to handle all of this, thanks bro!

The illegal part was answered by Judo Tom, someone took the money and never mailed the photo(s) as agreed, that is mail fraud.

Hey bro, I'm merely stating that I did good business with him. IF he turned into a scammer now, then that sucks. But 1 month ago, he was legit with me.
 
Damn, this guy sent me a lot of pm's trying to sell me juice, I would never buy juice from the internet thats just taking a chance everytime you do it. im so glad i get all my shit first hand..........lol
 
I'm guessing he was a selective scammer then, and I was one of the rare few that luckily didn't get scammed.

I feel sorry for you bro, I would hate being scammed like that.
 
I almost used him as a source before, he told me to contact his friend Criag, (who he said was his source) and buy from him. But I noticed that this Craig and JerseyMoves, would miss-spell the same words and talk/type the same, so I figured something was up and never used him. I believe that there the same person!

Very few scammers use their real DL. Fake IDs , and very very good ones at that, are readily available and very easy to aquire.

I didn't find out till it was to late that Craig N. and JM are the same person. :worried:
 
Fuck! I referred this guy to a major source. I better do some damage control. I can only hope that the source didn't front him.
 
Damn, such a horrible thing that happened. I really hate to see fellow BB's getting ripped off. The whole time I ordered from him, I kept hasseling him for a tracking number to the package. He gave me it, and it kinda calmed me down.

I don't see why a source would do this selective scamming crap.

I have his real name if anyone wants to goto NJ to find him.

He goes by Flstacked on Anabolex. He said that he was banned as Jersey moves on Bolex, because he called some of their major board supporters scammers.

He claimed that Radar new him.

I can't say much on the situation on open thread, but I know he has mentioned 3 sources and one was confirmed by a Mod.

One was Craig N.(not sure if I can post his last name) wich is a fraud.

that cat pmd me a while back after I posted about having a seizure letter. I thought it was kinda weird and knew not to deal with the guy. I pmd back and said I was all good and didnt need anything from him. He gave me a weird feeling from the start. Too bad bros got scammed on here. I guess it will always happen occasionally. That dude is in some serious trouble if that is his real addy and info. I am actually surprised it is still posted ? thought that was against the rules, not that it bothers me though :)

I was wondering when those posts where going to get edited, I figured it was over looked for the benifit of the peeps he scammed.

I agree though genarr, we need to pm or email each other w/ that kind of info. :)

This calls for a serious flogging. No shit, this guy should be looking over his shoulder wherever he goes. I'd be severely pissed if he scammed me and I'd want some payback.
 
I don't have proof yet, but I believe JM may be creating other handles and trying to scam peeps again.

So for all of you noobs, if you get a PM trying to get you to purchase some gear, no matter how good the deal sounds run it by a Mod. first(use secure email, otherwise you may not get a reply).
 
jerseymoves is in a world of shit. he owes big sources. he's fucked if they catch him..and these sources have the purse and resources to hunt.
