James placed 3rd in a stacked lineup behind Sasan Heirati (2nd) and William Bonac, who took the win and secured his qualification for the 2025 Mr. Olympia.
James was undeniably the fullest guy on stage, earning serious respect from his fellow pros—and even a poke from Iain Valliere during prejudging for looking “as full as a house.”
