Jabbing twice per week, is it worth it?

Im going to do 500mg of sust in my next cycle and a mate of mine just told me that I should jab 1ml on a Monday and then the next 1ml on a Thursday. He says you should do this to keep test levels stable.

I have always jabbed everything in one go and also Im going to do deca and dianabol with the cycle. So is jabbing the sust twice per week a waste of my time?

I would spread them bro, even if it was only 100mgs. I mean the bloodlevels are more stable and howlong does it take you to inject yourself in the quad
