Just curious if any of you guys eat JELLO sugar-free, fat-free pudding. I can't recall ever trying it, but my training partner just pounded down a tub of it made with carb countdown and protein powder. He says he eats it all the time. It sounds a little suspect though. How is it sweetened, sugar alcohols, aspartame. Again it can't be smooth, delicious and healthy.... Or can it.

I live on the stuff I mix chocolate pudding with protein powder, uncooked old fashioned oatmeal, and a little peanut butter.

Love the pudding!! I eat the SF, FF all the time, well very often.....I use skim milk & sometimes add protein powder. It is sweetened with aspartame I beleive. It is very smooth & creamy.....

:p :p :p

I met a guy at a competition once who told me about a f'n AWESOME idea he had....but he hadn't perfected it yet.

Basically it involved chocolate pudding (fat/sugar free), thickening it up with protein powder, and making a pie crust out of something with complex carbs....

Then making a pie out of it.

He told me what he used for a pie crust but for the life of me I can't think of it. I also thought that putting a little natural PB in that pie would make it helaciously good.

I eat sugar Free J-e-l-l-o all of the time. Its great stuff. Publix or Sams club I forget who, sells it in packs of 9 per case with rasberry(2) and orange(1)
