Hi All,

This is my first time posting, so I thought it would be cool if I shared my results with you, and asked for your feedback.

Before&After.jpg

Realistically I've probably lost more than 35 lbs, but I've also been adding muscle mass, while cutting the fat.

Let me know what you guys think. :)

Welcome aboard! You look absolutely GREAT!!

I'd say thats more than 35lbs. You're doing it right too. When I decided to diet down, before I knew about this place, I never went to the gym or anything so along with the fat I lost muscle as well.

What are your goals now?

I'm shooting to get down to 165, what I weighed in highschool. Although, I'm technically at my ideal weight (175 lbs, down from 210) I don't know if 165 properly quantifies my "goal" though.

I want lots of cut, not mass. I don't need to be a really big guy, but I want it to be obvious that I work out when I take off my shirt.

Main reason I don't want to get really big, is because I want to reatain my flexiblity. (Well, that and a 200 llb. man standing 5' 9" would look somthing akin to a Dwarf) :)

nice1 m8... ive lost about 18lbs in four months with 2 months on the Xen (albeit one month of UK Xen). I now regret taking a decent before photo with my gut hanging in all its former glory as a reminder. Makes u feel damn proud... ive got some holiday photos from 4 months ago with some distant shots of me looking like a whale in the sea:)

did you stay on Xen the whole 3 months?

hey man you look good, its cool to see someone of your before physical profile get into bodybuilding. When i talk to or see people who have the same build as your before photo they usaually are against workin out.
good job dude!:mix: :fro:

I must explain the angry expression, I just finished a work out when that picture was taken, and was "feeling the burn" : )

Damn TransAMan that looks like alot more than
35lbs. Great Job.....How much cardio did you do? or did you just lift??

WOW! So many questions. :)

I have given myself a workout that I know I can live with for the long term.

I do 6 sets of bench presses (10-15 reps)
then 6 sets of butterflys (with dumbells, 15-20 reps)
then i try to get my heart rate up a little...
I superset 6 sets of skull crushers (20-30 reps), mixed in with 6 sets of preacher curls.

I do this workout on Tues, Thurs, and Sunday.

As for my diet, I try to keep it under 2000 calories a day. A typical day would be:

1 bowl of cereal (usually multi grain cheerios) for breakfast

some pretzels, or animal crackers for lunch

Chicken with a vegetable (I love corn, asaparagus, and mushrooms) for dinner

and some yogurt as a bedtime snack

The key is to stick with it.

EXCELLENT work dude. 35lbs in a year is a great accomplishment for someone new to the game. Now to add some vicious mass!

HOLY CRAP.

You must get people walking past, that know you......... but they dont stop because you look so different.
(i have had that a few times)

Did you have a problem with loose skin?

I like the hard arse image you have now! GETTIN REVENGE. haha I went through a phase of that......once i had lost a lot of weight and put on some muscle. I swore revenge on those who ridiculed me. im over it now.

This is the best transformation i have seen in a while.

How did it feel not to be ashamed when you take your shirt off. Im keen for the next summer in australia. It will be the first shirt off summer........for years.
its a shame fat burners are illegal down here

Take some credit, it's the hard work and dieting that did it, not the Xenadrine bro.
You should vary your workout routine, you'll build muscle a lot faster by changing it up a little.

I really haven't had any problems with loose skin, I made a conscious decision to do this while I was still young, and my skin has bounced back remarkably well, the stetch marks on my legs are almost completely gone now, and are being replaced with stretch marks on my shoulders. But I guess thats a good problem to have eh?

For the most part I'm about where I want to be, I've got a little "pooch" at the bottom of my abdomen I want to lose, but I've always had that (even as a kid) Right now my main concern is that I'm pushing 4 months on Xenadrine, and they recommend you only use it for 3 months... So What I"m wondering is what health risks staying on this stuff until I hit my goal are...

Cycling off prevents the body from getting use to the substance that will result in a less effective drug. I know Xena gives you a boost, but you'll be ok without it for a month or two. Just keep training the way you do.

you look awesome, by the way

welcome and great work
why do you look so happy in the before and angry in the after. ususally its the oppostie.:D
