I've Got To Say Something About This BOARD!

It fucking rocks! But not to just blow smoke up people's asses. Allow me to explain.

I do a bit of posting on several topics. Music forums, other bodybuilding sites, and I write for the Huffington Post and post on that board as well. And I've come to an interesting observation and conclusion.

At least 50% of people are complete and utter dousebags.

I mean, total pricks for no other reason than to be a prick.

And honestly, at one time, this board had its share of that BS. But I have to say, besides, the occasional troll, everybody here is really cool. The mods have done a great job. People are smart, curious and courteous. And yeah, we can all be wise asses and we can all take it. No whining. No disrespect. No one is censored for having an opinion. That's the way to do it. And the messages provide a ton of useful information.

So to EVERYONE -- awesome job guys. EF is the best board on the net, hands down. Looking forward to more of the same in 2012.

Agreed, this is a great board. You can almost see it as a virtual second home lol. Have to give a shout out to Needto!!!

But besides that, I truly think that bodybuilders are a very friendly and tight knit bunch in general so this helps too.

Well u can see for urself! I havent been a member all that long, but just yesterday I bought a PLATINUM membership because everyone is so bloody helpful. I really do feel part of the community even though I have next to no knowledge when it comes to the elite members here. And yes sometimes I may ask stupid questions but I can guarantee someone or the other will reply. I have also received almost immediate replies to PM's that I have sent to the more "senior"/"experienced" members on this board.

Slowly ....but surely my life is beginning to change, from a very fat coach patatoe to someone now somewhat in shape!

I truely am thankful to everyone and agree with all of the above comments.

EF fucking rocks!!

Theres no counting the amount of people this board has saved on every level from simple education/correction to urgent issues that could do serious damage to someone. A lot of other boards have a warm welcome to anybody who joins up and wants to cycle, here we have the health and goals of our members in mind at all times and the mods are NEVER too busy to help out someone. EF basically is the shit.

I have just join this site i am curently takin test, bold and sten the person i train with has said i can keep going blast and cruising is that ok or should i have breaks and r they a goog combo to put on size. I have gain size and strength but just some more advice thanks.

I can only delete posts on threads I start and I only do so when someone gets really antagonistic. I'm not sure why yours were edited. Not all mods agree with all calls that each one makes but for the most part, most guys give a lot of leeway, especially to senior members.

mods will delete or edit posts if you violate rules rather than infract or ban you. I do this a lot myself especially if the person is new or doesn't know the rules..

if a person is COTB they have every right to edit or delete posts in their threads.. they are sponsors of the site and they are one of the reasons the site is free to everyone else to enjoy.. it costs money to run an internet site as you know..
