And it's worked? Everybody told me if you go less than 1200 calories a day your metabolism slows down automatically. Alright, daily now I don't really count my calories. Usually couple eggs in the morning with turkey on whole wheat, lunch some sort of sandwich with a oats bar in between or something. Later on I make sure I eat something, either small or big depends, usually cooked turkey chicken steak, etc. I make sure to take whey protein or isopure or something after every workout. Before always NO Shotgun. Increased my bench squat leg press skull crusher much in the past few weeks. Went from 204 lbs 24 % body fat to 181 lb 12.4% body fat in around a month. I do HIIT couple times a week on a punching bag take vitamins every day fish oil drink lots of water and eat snacks just sometimes not a lot. Work out every night for 45 minutes - 1 hr sometimes longer at the gym doing deads bench and squats at least once a week with a lot of isolation on other days. Well point is, its working and even when I pig out some nights I gain nothing or if anything I lose it my next HIIT workout. After I get to below 10% body fat (around 8% preferably) I'm actually going on a bulk diet, I just wanted to lose a lot of fat so I could focus on JUST gaining muscle rather than losing fat.and gaining muscle at the same time. I mean, I'm definitely gaining muscle, but due to lack of calories not as much as I could be. And a lot have said it's impossible but undoubtedly the mass amount of protein has been working even with deprivation of other things. Well, just wanted to type that out and if anybody really read it (I wouldn't read a post this long), thank you and just let me know how to get more definition in my arms (do preachers bench dips hammer curls shoulder presses etc) I definitely mix it up a lot. Still my arms aren't cut and I know once I lose more fat they will be but I wanted any advice on that. I do box so I guess that helps, just let me know what I could do to better anything I'm doing.
