I've _SCREWED UP_ my diet this evening. SUGGESTIONS for tomorrow morning's cardio

I usually do morning cardio 3 times a week 60 minutes at about 130 pulse (around 60-75% vOmax) on an empty stomach. I'm towards the end of a Cutting cycle and I REALLY screwed up tonight. I stayed clean all day long (at about 1500 cals a day), and now I ate sometime more line a 3000 cals meal when I was back from the Gym!!. I was depressed as well.. Now I am MORE depressed as the cutting cycle is about to end and such meals ruin my cutting cycle.

Some of you might know that shitty feeling. Now I was thinking of doing a 2 hour morning cardio session tomorrow morning at moderate intensity (not more than 130bps), followed by an hour and a half of no food(fat thermogenic effect still lasting after cardio) and only then start eating and stay at 1500 cals for the day. Would that just about 'FIX' the mistake I made with last night (I mean tonight) meal? What a lously feeling..
 
I think you're worrying WAY too much. Man in the grand scheme of things that one meal doesn't mean squat. Now if you did it every day, that would be different. But one meal? :rolleyes: I wouldn't give it another thought and just move on.
