I don't have the nutritional info on this, but it's different and easy...
Italian Roasted Salmon
¼ cup Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
½ tsp dried basil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 pound salmon fillet
Lemon slices
1. Heat oven to 425 F. Line shallow pan with foil & non-stick cooking spray. Combine dressing, parsley, basil and lemon juice in bowl, mix well.
2. Place salmon, skin side down in pan and spoon about half the mixture over salmon.
3. Bake for 15-20 min or until fish flakes easily with fork, spooning remaining mixture over fish once or twice during baking. Serve with lemon slices.
