Hi,
I know isometrics generally aren't that good for strength development and only develop strength at the angle of the contraction used....but what are the other adaptations to isometric if there are any? A lot of boxers/martial artists say that it builds 'mental toughness'. But are there any other changes similar to endurance or cardio etc....
