isnt westside basically training specific areas on a powerlifting movement to get the most results? like floor press would be training the lockout of the bench, board presses for the middle of the bench. and the regular benchpress for the overall movement. ive noticed westide also trains specific areas of the squat and dead. i find this interesting i was always thhought to do full range of motion not neccesarly train SPECIFIC points in the lifts
