Is trident OK to chew? Nutritional info

Im on a 40-30-30 cutting diet that will finish in about 2 weeks. The calorie count is pretty exact and I dont wanna mess with it.

Is chewing trident ok? How many cals per unit? This is the one sweetened with acefulsame k btw (sugarless).
If its say 3 cals per unit, I gotta make sure i dont go overboard by chewing all day as I wish i could.

chew on this...it contains xylitol, a sugar alcohol, so it has calories and carbs....when your at the grocery story look at the back of the pack!

Unless you are chewing several packs of Trident a day don't worry about it - it won't effect your physique in any noticeable way.
