Also bro There is still 5000 different ways to use salmon that I am sure you have not thought of yet... People just need to learn how to cook and the rest is easy after that.
Just adding flax oil to some of your meals can give you the omegas you need
also I think people should look into adding Wheat germ into there diets to get
the omegas they need as well as protein. read up on why wheat germ is so good to use
