As of last week I've been running about 2 miles a day. I'm trying to knock my bodyfat down from 13% to around 7%. So far so good. I'm eating around 3000 calories a day with about 300g of protein. Although I am getting weaker ,I'm deffiantly getting more ripped. My question is I'm going to start my cycle in about a week when I get my bf down to single digits, is it a smart idea to kep running two miles a day to help me stay lean, or will this hinder my ability to gain more muscle? Remember I will have the help from the magic juice though. I'm not looking to gain 20 pounds from this cycle, I'll be happy with ten lean pounds and a decrease in fat.
