Is this too much cardio????

As of last week I've been running about 2 miles a day. I'm trying to knock my bodyfat down from 13% to around 7%. So far so good. I'm eating around 3000 calories a day with about 300g of protein. Although I am getting weaker :bawling: ,I'm deffiantly getting more ripped. My question is I'm going to start my cycle in about a week when I get my bf down to single digits, is it a smart idea to kep running two miles a day to help me stay lean, or will this hinder my ability to gain more muscle? Remember I will have the help from the magic juice though. I'm not looking to gain 20 pounds from this cycle, I'll be happy with ten lean pounds and a decrease in fat.
 
i never do cardio when im on a cycle.my advice would be to try and gain as much as you can on your cycle then do cardio when you cut down and maybey near the end of your cycle throw in some winnie and clen.

Yes, but how hard is it to gain more muscle with actually more like 30min cardio a day with the juice and high protein??

It should be all good. I'm running 500mg of Galenika Enanthate with 300mg Scherring Primo with .5 armidex ed. I'm just a little nervous because I've never really watched what I was eating when juicing. I usually just eat anything and everything amd grow like a weed.

I believe that you must either bulk or cut...one or the other. Just get your mind set to where you are cutting...and happy with that. You will bulk and get stronger later.

Definitely do your cutting first...then when you go on cycle...lay off of the cardio..or only do it twice a week for 20 minutes or something.

I would say only do enough cardio to keep good cardiovascular health. Any more is counterproductive to gaining muscle mass. Think about it for a second, why do our muscles grow? We lift weights and our muscles try to accomodate for the additional workload and and get bigger and stronger. When we do cardio, we are asking our muscles to become more efficient in the uptake of glucose into the muscle. You can lose fat without cardio. Diet is the key. Good luck.
