Dont know why Im asking, because I take a shit load of gear and it dont bother me, but it just seems like Im popping to many pills.Heres the daily layout.

Vit C 1-3 g
Vit E 400-800iu
Multi vit
Saw palmetto 160mg 2x daily
Niacin 300mgs 3x daily
Green tea 500mgs 3 x daily
CoQ10 100mgs 3x daily
Flax oil 2pills 3x daily
r-ala 750mgs
Zinc 100mgs
Lecithin 400mgs concentrate 4x daily
Ginseng 900mgs 2x daily
And Im thinking of adding garlic to the mix

Only thing I know is that my doc said niacin would help raise hdl with mega doses, such as 1g or 1.5 g, but it could elevate liver enzymes, but what about everything else?............galaxy

Damn, man. I know what you mean... I take most of what your taking plus sometimes lactose pills and then pills to help me sleep.
My pills have become an extra meal.

No I think that it is fine. I myself take a shitload of vitamins as well. I take the following everyday.

Vitamin C: 3,000 mg
VitaMIN E: 3,000 IU
2 Multivitamins
Lecithin: 4 pills daily
Zinc: 400 mg
Ginko Biloba: 4 pills
Niacin: 2 pills
ZMA: Before bed
Glucosamine and chondtritin: 3 daily
potassium: 2 pills daily
B-12: 3 pills daily

I feel great taking these things and I don't think what you are doing is overdoing it at all. Shit Shannon Sharpe takes 28 different vitamins a day I saw so I am still a bit behind.
 
I know I am overdoing the zinc, but I was shut down hard after my first cycle 4 months ago and just started taking a shitload of it and it honestly has worked. I will start cutting back on it pretty soon though just to be safe.
 
I couldnt imagine that much, I would puke for sure. ZInc is the only thing that upsets my stomach...........galaxy
 
I would use No-Flush Niacin instead of regular Niacin to avoid liver issues with high doses.

Use a full spectrum E (tocopherol/tocotrienol with alpha, beta, delta and gamma).

I like 7-keto A LOT.

Check out Ultra-Nutrient by Pure Encapsulations, it's the best multi that I've ever used.

Kyolic has a new Garlic product called One-Per-Day it's 1000mg in one pill but you should take a few of those ed.

I dont think its too many pills. Supplements and vitamins are a vital part of any athletes/BBers regimen. While many supps are worthless, there are many things that work and help.
